Eligibility Criterias
General Criterias
1. Should possess the SSC/COI/ Residential Certificate as the case may be.
2. Should belong to BPL household and in possession of Antodaya Anna Yozana of Priority Household Ration Card in terms of rule 6 of Sikkim Food Security Rules, 2014 read with Notification No: 4/SJE & WD dated 1.2.2017.
3. Should possess the Aadhar Card.
4. Should have opened the Bank Account under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yozana.

Should Have Attained the age of 21 and above.

Death Certificate of Husband bearing name of legal wife/widow.

Non-marriage Certificate.

Should Have Attained the age of 60 years

Should Have Attained the age of 18 years.

Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Authorities constituted for the purpose certifying more than 80% disabilities and Identity Card.

In the event of the death of the bread-winner of the bereaved household.
-
A woman in the family, who is a home maker, is also considered as a "bread-winner".

Household would include spouse, minor children, unmarried daughters and dependent parents.

The assisstance would be given to every case of death of breadwinner in a family.

Should Have Attained the age of 45 years.

Should have Unmarried Certificate

Medical Certificate certified by the HoD/Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics and Surgery of STNM Hospital or District Hospital.

No age restriction.

40% and above disability duly certified by the Medical Authorities constituted for the purpose.

Should not be covered under Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS)
